I work alongside leaders and organizations in the moments when technology changes the rules of the game — not just technically, but in how decisions are made, how work happens, how leadership is exercised, and how value is created.

01
Origins

Technology as a way to expand creation.

I grew up in the 80s, in an environment where computing was already part of daily life, well before it became commonplace. At the same time, I was composing music with synthesizers and sequencers. I already saw something there that still drives me today: technology as a way to expand creation, automate certain tasks, and unlock new possibilities.

35 years

From engineering and telecom to media and digital.

For more than 35 years, this thread has taken me from engineering to telecommunications, with cellular network deployments in Québec and abroad at Spectra Telecom, then to digital and media at Cedrom-SNi — now Cision — where I led operations and technology in the early era of the web, digital content, and the first AI applications in media.

Projema · since 2007

From digital platforms to media infrastructure.

With Projema, I have continued this work alongside organizations such as Bell Sympatico, TVA, Québecor, Radio-Canada and CBC — from digital platforms to media infrastructure, including the new Maison de Radio-Canada and the current leadership of a fully software-based television production platform for CBC in Toronto. My work on the new Maison de Radio-Canada was recognized as a finalist at the PMI-Montréal Élixir Awards, in the Professional of the Year category.

04
The human dimension

Major transformations are never only technological.

Over time, I came to understand that major transformations are never only technological. They also touch people: their bearings, their resistance, their fatigue, their wish to do well, their need for meaning.

This led me toward professional coaching and Internal Family Systems, including training with Dick Schwartz, the founder of the approach. With IFS Montréal, I also support individuals and professionals seeking greater inner clarity, particularly during periods of transition, pressure, or self-questioning.

Today

Connecting technology, organization, leadership and humanity.

Today my work connects these dimensions: technology, organization, leadership and humanity. To help leaders see clearly, decide with discernment, and move forward without losing themselves.
