Since 2007, the firm has been moving forward where new technologies meet the reality of organizations. Early on, that meant digital content, web portals, emerging social media, and business models tied to search. Projema notably operated Bell Sympatico's technology portals in French and English, while also developing its own digital content platforms.
Over time, the terrain has changed, but the posture has remained the same: understand what is coming, clarify what matters, then help organizations turn uncertainty into concrete decisions.
This posture has led Projema into increasingly complex mandates: media infrastructure for TVA and Québecor, strategic contribution to the development of QUB, technological transformation of the new Maison de Radio-Canada, and today supporting CBC in the evolution of its television production environments toward more software-based, automated and flexible models.
These experiences have confirmed one thing: technology transforms nothing on its own — and it is only worth the effort when it creates real business value. It is the leaders, the teams, the architectural choices, the resistance, the trade-offs, and the capacity to execute that determine whether an innovation becomes a concrete advantage.
